Do you make everything?

-Short answer, yes!

Long answer. The embroidery designs currently featured on here are from Urban Threads. I am allowed to sell products I make with them per the licensing agreement when I purchase them.

I then select fabrics and design each item I make. Sometimes I offer thread color changes for you to customize your items.

Why are towels often the primary pictures?

-The towels provide an excellent background to showcase the embroidery, while creating a quick product for sale as well.

How long will it take to get my order?

-If the item you are ordering has an in-stock quantity that means they are made and ready to ship. These items will ship within 1-3 days of your order being placed

If the item doesn’t show a quantity or you are custom ordering a piece. It usually take 1 to 2 weeks, but can take up to 3 weeks. The factors here are whether or not I have a the supplies currently, where they are being ordered from and things like that. I will keep you up to date with all of those things during the process.
